- 11 am – 12 noon – OSHO Listening & Silent Sitting Meditation
- 12.15 pm – 1.20 pm – OSHO Natraj / Laughing Drums
- 1.30 pm – 3.00 pm – Lunch Break & Rest
- 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm – OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation
- 4.15 pm – 5.15 pm – OSHO Kundalini Meditation
- 5.15 pm – Sharing & Celebration
- 5.30 pm – Tea & Snack
