General Terms & Medical Liability Waiver

#1 MEDICAL WAIVER LIABILITY RELEASE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

I agree to assume full responsibility for not exceeding my personal physical limits during my participation in Meditation. It is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation in meditations and celebrations. I understand that I will take care of myself, my health, and my well-being during the meditations. I agree to immediately notify Event Staff of any change in my physical conditions, which would result in modifications or limitations to my ability to participate in the meditation I agree to defend, indemnify and hold the facilitators of this event, volunteers as well as owners of Sherwood Farm harmless from and against any and all liabilities, loss, expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees), or claims for injury or damages arising as a result of my attendance of the above at Sherwood Farm – 12485 7th Concession Rd, King City, ON for any such incurred expenses. I have read and understand the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by them.

#2 Refund Policy

Full Refund up to 7 days before the event (i.e. if cancelled by May 18, 2019). 75% refund thereafter until day before the event (i.e. if cancelled by May 24th). No refunds on the day of event. I have read and understand the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by them.

#3 Event Pictures & Videography

We need to take pictures of the event in certain time to promote further events at OSHO Meditation Center Toronto. Should you NOT like to be part of the picture, please indicate upfront in the event to the organiser and seek to have an arrangement so your picture is not taken. I have read and understand the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by them.
